Be Still

Life is crazy. In fact, it is so crazy that we often lose sight of things that should be number one. We forget, we worry, we stress, we hesitate, we are afraid. But did you know that in the bible the phrase “do not be afraid” appears 365 times? That is one time for every day of the year. And you know what else? There is nothing for us to be afraid of. We have a Savior who has everything under control. We have a God who knows EVERYTHING about us. More than even we know. And He loves us unconditionally and irrevocably. So much so that he sent his only Son. His ONLY Son to die for us and take away our sin. So don’t you think that this God who created the universe and knows how many hairs on our head has things under control? That everything happens for a reason. He has his hands grasped on you so tightly and he will never let you go. So be still and KNOW that he is God. And that you can always find peace in Him.
